Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Oklahoma mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.35% to 4.34% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.22% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.74% (NV). Currently, Oklahoma mortgage rates are equal to the national average of 4.34%.

The Oklahoma mortgage rate on July 30, 2010, is down 3 basis points from last week's average Oklahoma rate of 4.37%.
